That huge mound of leftover turkey fed us all for a few days. Monkey had turkey congee- congee made with turkey stock, with shredded brown meat, peas and broccoli in it. Quite nice, if I say so meself.
The rest of the turkey, the chicken + sage stuffing, the chestnut stuffing, the leftover roast potatos and the cranberry sauce went into this turkey pie, decorated on top with little foxes (presumably, out to catch and eat some turkeys). It's still feeding us now....
